i’m from the catskill area, just came down here for an appointment and stopped by this lovely restaurant for dinner! what a unique experience, and i absolutely love the painted chairs and artwork. the food and service was super quick!
We stopped by to have a quick bite after hiking all day, the food didn't disappoint us. It took only twenty minutes the service was excellent and quick. The whole place looks so neat.
The food was great and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was weird at first, but it seems there's a lot of UFO stuff in this town, so it tracks.
Delicious food every time. It's definitely a hidden gem and I'm glad I've found it.
Full disclosure here, I don't like Mexican food. However, Sabroso has completely changed my opinion and tast buds forever. The food, atmosphere, service and lets not forget the drinks are all delicious..
All the staff are VERY nice and attentive and the food is incredible!! It takes 10-15 minutes to get your food, and the atmosphere is SUPER authentic.

Great little Mexican restaurant in the middle of PineBush. I loved the colorful ambience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. we were there for lunch but I will definitely be back for dinner and check out some of the drink specials from the bar.
